In September of 2023, for the eighth time, Sunset Piano will place over a dozen perfectly tuned and maintained grand pianos in the San Francisco Botanical Garden for its premier event of the year, Flower Piano ®. More than sixty amazing performers and ensembles will share the Garden’s 55 acres with other special musical and cultural happenings among the glorious flora. Whenever a piano is not programmed with a musician, anyone can play it. Flower Piano remains the only event of its kind in the world, an interactive music festival where professional musicians and everyday superstars find enthusiastic audiences under the open sky.
